andrew light
Andrew Light grew up in Aspen/Snowmass and has been developing luxury residential property for over 20 years. His development experience includes office, for sale residential, multifamily and retail. He is also a co-owner of Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty, the leading brokerage firm in the Aspen/Snowmass market with annual sales of over $2 billion. From 2006 to 2011 Light was with Chaffin Light Management focusing on resort projects in Colorado and Mexico.
Prior to Chaffin Light, Light sourced retail, residential and distressed loan acquisitions for Village Properties, a private real estate investment firm in San Francisco, CA with a track record of over $1.5 billion in real estate investments. His experience also includes positions with Menlo Equities, a Palo Alto, CA based commercial real estate investment firm, Goldman Sachs, and INCAE, an executive education program founded by the Harvard Business School in Costa Rica. Light received a BA in Economics magna cum laude from Duke University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is a past President of Snowmass Village Rotary, past Chair of the Aspen Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization, and currently on the board of and a coach for the Aspen Lacrosse Club.

Garrett Reuss, an owner of Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty, is considered an authority on Aspen and Snowmass Village real estate. His sales career with Aspen Snowmass Sotheby's International Realty has spanned over 27 years. Garrett’s greatest asset is his knowledge of the market and his passion for helping families find or build their perfect home in the Roaring Fork Valley.
